Messa interview questions

Phone interview followed by in-person interview and then salary negotiations. The phone interview was easy, in-person was also easy. Salary negotiations were handled poorly. They low-balled me by $10k, waited almost a month then countered to match my salary, but demanded I start in 3 weeks after I told them I wanted to give 1 month notice to my current employer. This raised red flags for me, so I asked about the workspace situation only to find out their techs all share a pair of large workspaces and have absolutely no privacy or personal space whatsoever. At this point, I declined.
