Interview
I applied for the position January 4th and received a video interview on January 8th. You could rerecord your answers as many times as you would like and the questions were simple. My biggest problem was stuttering and letting go of my excitement!
I was nervous for about a month of not hearing anything back (from any of the airlines I applied to) but finally on Feburary 1st I was advanced to the next step! A few days later I sat in a video orientation where Ashley M. Showed one other woman and I a PowerPoint about the company (1 hour and very informative) and then about 15 minutes later Ashley gave me a face to face video interview. I really liked her and she made me feel comfortable! She told me wait up to 3 weeks before I hear back.
1 week later she called me to inform me I have recieved a CJO.
I think it is important to do your research and know what you're getting yourself into. I am aware I will be taking a pay cut so I have prepared myself for that. I am aware it is pretty much unpaid training. So I am well prepared for that. My husband is mentally prepared for me to move. So am I. Also I know I will be broke and need to find a cheap crash pad until my husband can move to my base. BE PREPARED . You cannot blame the company for things that ALL companies do. Of course they are less paying because they are regional.
Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.

Interview
Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
