First I conducted a phone screen with a member of the HR team, and after that I met with the project engineer and one of the other senior engineers. In the first interview they gauged my interest in the position and some of my experience, and in the subsequent interview I was asked more questions relevant to the position itself. In the second interview I was not familiar with many of the technologies they worked with, but that did not impact my ability to get the job.
