Overall, very positive interview experience - organized, communicative, and very thorough. With each interview, became more excited about the role, the immediate team, and the organization.

Question 1
Interview Difficulty --> selected "average" in the drop-down option, but not to confuse that average rating in a negative light. Interviews can always be somewhat stressful/difficult but I felt very comfortable meeting and interacting with my interviewers, where it felt like a natural fit.
Interview questions ranged from a mix of behavioral and situational questions to gauge how my previous skills/experience were transferrable to the vacant role.
Multiple scheduled 1-on-1 virtual sessions with staff members, just as other companies from the tech sector. Not really the best way to get to know the "gist" of the position and true potential of a candidate when some of these staff are actually on the road and cannot fully focus on the conversation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience interviewing with Merit. They paid close attention to making sure communication was always present, and a keen sense of responsibility in making sure that I was comfortable and confident throughout the process.
