causal, nothing specific, they just needed a person, surprised with the process Most of the people work here are contractors and people who are here for long do not bother knowing or working with you. They think they own the entire organization and new comers or contractor are all useless regardless how much you know or can help to improve the system. Some people are really unprofessional and arrogant.
