Mercy Health interview questions

Interview with multiple pharmacy team members including director of pharmacy, lead pharmacy technician, pharmacist, and operations manager. Went around and each person asked different questions based on experience. After interview got a tour of pharmacy. If hired had to do on boarding process and employee health drug test and background check. Took a little over 3 weeks from being hired to start date.

The interview process at Mercy West was quick, accomodating, welcoming. The interviewer listened and thoroughly explained the expectations. I would make sure you have questions prepared and a notebook and pen or something to take notes with as they provide a lot of information up front.
