My neighbor referred me to the company and submitted my resume to her supervisor. Marketing Department Supervisor asked relevant questions regarding SEO. Once satisfied, I was also interviewed by the CEO, Ed Kopko who hired me on the spot.

Panel interview with two of the floor supervisors, they took away the stigma of being nervous and made it feel more like a friendly meet and greet with a question here and there. Very professional and honest.

Interview
I arrived at the interview 15 minutes early. Prepaired to answer question concerning the recent CCNA Certification that I had recently aquired. I meet with the interviewer and answered several questions. The questions was mainly about my current position at Mercury Z and a few questions about the OSI model and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
