Interviewed by two upper management individuals. Interview was about 30 minutes long. Both took turns to ask you questions. They want to know your personality, your goals, why you left your former position, and why you want to work for Mercury.

Tell me about yourself and what experience do you have that relates to the position you’re applying for?
Pretty easy. Normal questions about “name a time when..”. There were only 2 interviews. One of the interviews was over the phone. I heard back pretty quickly. I was notified that I was hired within a week of completing my last interview.
