Applied online, 2 days later had a phone interview, and one week following that flew out for F2F. Interview went well. Everyone was nice. I did find it strange that they never sat down to lunch or coffee ever to chat and get to know the interviewees on a slightly more personal basis, especially after flying out there. After the interview they said we would hear either way in 1-2 weeks (if no, then we would receive feedback). Well I never heard anything. When I did reach out to follow up and try to get some feedback a month later, I was ignored. While the people were very nice during the process, I found the overall interview to lack professional courtesy and overall respect for the candidates time and efforts.
