The first step was to fill in an application form, once this has been reviewed you then need to complete maths and english comprehension tests. I found both very simple, you get to do a practice of each and the practice tests are very similar to the actual test. They have a time limit, I think of about 10 minutes but both are very manageable in this time. Next there is an interview, currently this is via Skype Business (due to Covid-19). This interview is approx. 1 hr 30. The interview has a variation of questions, starting off talking about information on your application then about your experiences and finally your motivations for the scheme. TIPS: Make sure to well read up on the ACA exam also make sure you know a lot about every firm they employ for.
