Interview
The hiring process is fairly simple, it consists of character screening, background check, and a weight lifting test. The screening process is a series of questions used to determine how you respond to team environments, how you respond to situations, etc. Background and Weight requirement test are self explanatory.

Basic questions, Nothing special. They will not hire felons or if you have a bad back ground. Make sure you can arrive to work and get home. Give you all the positives of the company, Then not warn you of all the truths once you start working there.
