Went through a staff agency. Was told it was an entry level position into HR. Job duties was to handle administrations of open enrollment of health and welfare plans. Went in for an interview about a week after submitting resume. Interviewed with a supervisor and an associate (separately) because the other scheduled supervisor was busy.
