Interview
The process is very easy. I first had a phone interview with a recruiter and they just ask basic questions about your background. Then, I had a phone interview with one of the managers at the office and again, all of the questions were behavioral. After that, I had an in person interview with several members of the team at the office location. There is a very brief skills test where you put in some excel numbers and then write a letter to a client. It is very easy and you don't need to worry about the skills test. There are no technical questions.

Interview
Started with a phone screening with the company recruiter. Then due to summer vacations the process skipped around a bit. Skype interview with the Managing Director followed by an interview in the office with the Branch Manager and then 2 advisors and an associate. During office interview there was also a skills test. This interview was followed by a skype interview with the Regional Operations Manager.

I applied online and they called me back in 2 days. Had phone screen with recruiter then in person with all 3 people that work in the office. After you leave the office the district manager calls to speak with you.
Great for getting out of college job.
