I only had a first-call conversation with them. The interviewer was 10 minutes late to the call, and I thought that would be fine because I was expecting that they still would take as much time as needed, but they didn't. Instead, they showed throughout the whole call that they were in a hurry, speaking in a giddy manner, asking the questions in no consistent order, and not letting me respond properly. They interrupted me in every question, they didn't let me speak clearly at all, showing disrespect and not caring about what I had to say whatsoever, which was very disappointing taking into account the company that we have at hand. I mean, you would at least expect some respect and education, but that wasn't the case. After 20 minutes of messy conversation and a number of interruptions, they said that time was up and they just hung up.
Of course, after this messy conversation, I wasn't expecting to remain in the selection process, that would be too naive. But on top of everything, I must admit I'm so very disappointed on the email they sent me to communicate me so. There was no clear message at all, there's actually nothing that suggests that I am no longer in the selection process, and the whole message is full of typos. Some of the sentences included in this email are:
"as I remember it right, I am happy to get an feedback (sic) as well from your side about our recruitment steps."
"No matter how what (sic)"
"I am still very impress (sic) about your profil (sic)"
And I am going to stop right there, but I swear there are even more typos in the email, and it's not a long one. I don't know, it's just disappointing, you are representing a huge, internationally known brand. You should at least take the time to spell the words correctly in an email for a candidate, it's just so unprofessional. If you can't do it in English just answer in German, but come on. On top of everything, they did not provide any feedback regarding how I performed, but they ask me to provide feedback regarding their recruitment process. You gotta have some nerve, but also be incredibly carefree, rude, and unprofessional. Anyway, here's the feedback.
