Mercari Android Developer interview questions

I applied online. The process took around 6-7 weeks. Overall a very bad experience. Was contacted by a recruiter for an interview and did not hear back from them for a week. Found from another recruiter that the previous recruiter quit the job. Scheduled a call with recruiter to see if we fit or not. The call went well. A week after the call, I followed up to ask for the technical phone screen. No answer for 4 days. After 4 days I get an email asking for my availability, which I provide. Then I receive an email 9 days later to check if I am still looking for a job. To which I respond yes, and then asked to schedule a technical phone screen that same afternoon 2 hours later, which I declined. Ghosted again for 6 days. Haven't heard from them at the time of writing this email. Pretty solid waste of time and too bad a communication from the recruiter. Please be aware.

They sent a rejection email in less 12 hours after I applied and never tell you what the reason is to reject you without a proper review because they say they cannot disclose it due to the company's policy.
