I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was very similar to other sales roles that I applied for. It consisted of two phone screens, followed by an in-person interview. I met with four managers over two hours at their offices. I then had a final call with a specific department manager, and was given an offer after a reference check. Everything was straightforward, and the team was friendly and transparent.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were normal sales interview questions. They asked about their value proposition in the market, and some specifics about my sales process in the past, sales cycle, etc. If you study their products and have a good idea on the overall market you will be well prepared.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meraki
Interview
Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
