Two phone interviews - very well structured and nice approach . I have a positive feeling about both phone calls, but didn't get the job offer and I found that the feedback was very poor. No idea why I wasn't selected.

Interview
Two in phone interviews and one in person. First in phone is a phone screen for 30 minutes. Second is with the hiring manager via phone for 30 minutes. Third interview is in person with I assume would be manager and HR.
Phone screen was very easy and comfortable. The second interview was tough because the hiring manager sounded like he was extremely preoccupied. He mentioned multiple times how he needed to get back to his end of quarter work that needed to be completed. Maybe would have been better to not be applying around end of quarter.
Applied online and was contacted in about a week by the recruiting team for a phone screening. Was emailed, I believe, the same day to setup a WebEx interview (I lived out of state) later in the week. Interview took about 2 hours and was broken into 4 separate interviews; First with the team lead and manager, next with the manager of another operations department, then the head of shipping and finally the VP of Operations.
