The Meraki interview process was quick, efficient, professional and well organized. The job posting recruiter was in constant contact and provided frequent updates. There are a few minor details about the process that could have been explained a little better, but the overall experience was extremely positive and things were well communicated.

Role play a customer discovery call. Some background information was provided, and you were expected to perform the "call" (it was in person) on the fly

Typical interview for a sales position with 3 rounds. Recruiter phone screen, then interviewed by 3 managers with open roles on their team, followed by director interview for the final round.

It was a Three-level process over a Zoom call. They went over personality, Options plus who are the companies we would be working with. They described the atmosphere and hours of the work environment.

Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
