Interview
Very basic interview. They ask questions that are very general such as asking about your background. They start you off with an over the phone interview with HR then an on site interview. At one point there used to be another step where you interviewed with the top admin but they did away with that at some point.
It was very informative and they communicated very well what the job entailed. They asked basic questions about what I would do for the residents and were very open to my ideas. Very professional and relaxed.

Interview
Went to day program and met the director, a nice young woman. Tour of facility, and met staff on duty. Job was for Monday through Friday, when we would load the clients on the busses and vans, and send them back to their group homes.
