I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mentorcam in Mar 2022
Interview
The recruitment process was not terrible. The interviews themselves were actually a good experience and the founder and head of staff were nice people. Although, the recruitment process felt unorganized. I began with conversations with both the founder and head of staff and then moved on to present a project which the company enjoyed. To which they paused recruitment due to some "internal issues". They communicated that they'd reach out in a few months to resume the process if I was still available and interested which they did. Afterward, they unofficially offered me a different position and I accepted. However, I never heard from them again. I sent three follow-up emails. Never heard of a company offering a position and then ghosting their potential hire.
