-2 interviews onsite. System design and tech conversation with 2 staff engineers.. and Culture fit interview with head of engineering and a staff engineer
Got a low balled offer. They made up feedback to put me on a lower level. They just never wanted to hire the level I was aiming for.
And even more ridiculous, they offer less because other engineers in the company do not make as much, even though the range is quite broad. So you wont get what you deserve, just because others are being paid less.
It was a waste of time in the end.
