Took multiple phone calls to the nurse leader whom I knew. The nurse leader wanted to hire me back but she took days and weeks sometimes to return my calls. I told HR I would be in the area for 5 days only. I told them this 6 weeks before I actually arrived. They did not call me back until 4 days before I arrived. Whenever I called HR they never knew who I was. How many nurses were relocating from FL at the same time... especially when the nurse leader on the unit wanted me back. I LOVE this hospital and think they're good employer but you have to be persistent and patient because their HR dept is frustrating.

There was a phone interview and then an interview with the manager of the floor that was hiring. The phone interview was fairly simple. Interview in person went into depth about situations and "get to know" you questions.
