Applied online, took an online assessment, was chosen for a phone screen, and then brought in for an onsite interview. At the onsite interview I met with two assistant managers, and then one overseeing manager, the onsite interview lasted about 1.5 hours in total. During my experience, I found it valuable to really learn the topics HR sends you ahead of time to practice, make sure to study the STAR interview method, as I was almost solely asked behavioral styled questions. I found it important to engage in normal conversation at the end of each interview, so my interviewers could see who I am as a person on top of my STAR answers; make sure you let your personality shine through somehow. Everyone that I met with at MSK was extremely nice, genuine, and seemingly truly interested in my potential growth with the organization. I was so grateful to receive an offer with the company, I almost cried on the phone with my HR rep!

First they have you record yourself and do an AI interview then they have you schedule an in person interview. I got the invite for an in person interview the same day I finished my ai interview.
