Went on an interview yesterday May 20, 2016. I applied for ski administrative assistant position on April 28, 2016. Got an email from HR on the part of May. Interview was good but there were others applying for the same position. So I'm not sure what will happen. But regardless, this is an awesome company from read others remarks and viewing the website. I'm just hope for the best

Interview
There were multiple rounds of interviews with different levels of managment. Its a long process and because you dont meet with the person you will actually work with until the last round it can be difficult to know if the position is a good fit and if there is chemistry with the faculty member. Everyone is very kind and helpful throughout the process.

Recruiter called and asked me a few questions in regard to the role. From there she let me know that I would be moving forward in the process and then suggested we discuss salary.

As soon as the phone interview process began it was doomed. She had no interest no energy. It’s like I was on the list and it needed to get done. Shame because I would have loved a real shot.
