I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY)
Interview
I had a phone interview with a man from HR and then was asked to complete an online skills assessment as well as schedule an in person interview. My in person interview began with meeting a talent acquisition agent who ran through some typical questions just getting a preliminary sense of who you are. The meeting with the talent agent went well and she asked if I could meet with 2 higher ups who were located at a MSK building at a different location. I took the shuttle bus to the upper east side location where I met with the two former SAs at once for about an hour. They asked about 17 or 18 behavioral questions and they want specific examples for each question. It is ok to take a minute to think about the question before answering. I think that interview went well, they were very nice and professional. That night I received an email asking for 5 references and have not yet heard back if I got the job.

Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
