The interview takes about 45mins. Self-introduction, go through resume, ask about skills, experiences and motivations. Mock up a pitch with new customers, like how would you approach them. Finally some professional questions and the industry trends.
Had 2 initial calls. Stopped because the company didn't seem like a good match for me (loud music, needed to be in office, 2 daily company check in meetings). It seemed like I would be micromanaged. Next step would be the group interview

Standard interview process - fully remote (but this was in the heat of Covid). Started with a screening call, then speak with a few managers of the team, and end with a live cold call/role play.
