Long-winded, took place with senior managers with little experience. Any job interview can be broken down into four general stages: introductions, broad questions and answers, position-related questions, and the conclusion.

(Pre-COVID experience) initial phone call with HR was very pleasant and made you feel like you made a real connection. Mostly behavioural questions

Interview
The HR manager was super efficient and kind. She was helpful throughout the processes and provided constructive feedback which is pretty unconventional compared to other traditional companies. She would give updates on each round and remained helpful and neutral to provide a nice ambient for candidates. The team has hired a great HR manager.

Vorab fand ein kurzes Telefoninterview statt.
Gesamteindruck des Vorstellungsgesprächs: Nettes Team, faire und geschulte Beobachtung, Interaktion mit den anderen Teilnehmern wichtig!
