Initially had phone interview then met face to face wiht a team member. Invited to group interview then was told to come into workshop sessions without an offer. Wasted my time as I came 2 days to their office without receiving an offer. Also had to write a report and learn about systems and programs. Communication was not clear and not ideal if you are not giving all candidates a job.

I applied online and received a phone call an hour later from an HR staff member. I stayed on the phone for an hour, and thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and I was excited to interview for the role. The in-person interview itself was also positive - I met the managing director and an account manager who both seemed positive and passionate about the company. Both of the interviewers praised me and seemed to be quite interested. However, I never heard anything back, which made me feel pretty low - even though I didn't get the job they could at least take the time to let me know!
