Interview
I was invited to the first interview and the problem was that they (or the sourcing company) didn't pay attention to my CV and obviously I wasn't aiming for that role nor was I suitable to do it. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding.
first technical interview with Team leader,
another technical interview with another Team Leader.
both interviews were about data structure questions and "riddles" (" you come to a village of liars..." )
and then after that it interviews with management and human resources.

Interview
The interview went great, Bob was very to the point and helpful by explaining everything the job consisted of. Also explained the early hours and holiday hours which are extremely busy. Other than that the interview was very basic and asked me what I did in my previous job and how did I handle difficult situations.
