HR contacted via email. Completed the online application form including reference contacts. The first round interview was conducted over the phone. It took approximately 45mins by the Hiring Manager.

Question 1
What was the reason for leaving the current position? What are you expecting from the role?
Scheduled a four hour interview with multiple different people, most of whom are in the same department as this role. Met with multiple people who ask the same questions repeatedly. Two quizzes at the end, one math based and one finance based - easy if you studied finance in college.

Phone calls for various groups and roles. No in person meeting. Poor communication from them. No follow up or closure. Lack of coordination when communicating with me. Frustrating overall interview process.
