Meijer was hosting open interviews, so I showed up, got registered and waited for my turn. The process consisted of 3 1:1 interviews, each with a different person. I waited 15 minutes for the first interviewer. She was very nice and asked a lot of basic questions mostly relating to why I wanted to work there and when I'd be available. After an hour and a half, I met with the second interviewer. She wasn't very friendly at all and asked much more difficult questions.
Also, I explained to her that I had never had a job before, but she still asked me questions related to my past job experience, so I asked if she could perhaps alter the questions to fit my situation. She attempted to alter the questions, but she denied me the job, because of my lack of experience and because she told me that my answers weren't very good (which I found rather rude to say, especially since she was asking questions about job experience when I had none). Overall, it was disappointing to sit there for 2 hours only to get denied, but it wasn't terrible.
