Submitted my application online and very quickly was invited to complete an on-demand interview where I recorded my answers to questions. Quickly after that I had an about 30 minute virtual interview with a recruiter, and was offered the position on the phone a few days later. The interviewer and everyone else I talked with were very friendly and professional.

Past work experience, general behavioral and emotional response questions that asked me to describe previous situations I had been in.
there was an initial screening interview. after this, i was asked to do a virtual interview with two managers. after this, i did not hear back from the company, even after i followed up multiple times
Two online interviews, the first one is a recording and the second one was with intern manager. The interview was standard. Not sure if interviews are online now, as this was during COVID.

Interview
Short and gave positive feedback and no offer. They did not seem to really care about experience during the interview. Required skills that job description didnt say was a requirement. Overall i wasn’t passionate about it.
