Triple interview, first with manger, then line leader, then store director, consecutively. Each asked practically the same set of questions to make sure I wasn't a psychopath or something.

Interview
It was rushed because my friend already vouched for me and the team was in need of another body. The whole feel of the interview was generally laid back and the team leader did my first and second interviews on the spot.
