The process is really good. They give me an MCQ assessment and it is standard. All the questions were necessary. Now I'm looking forward to the update and next phases.

Interview
After passing the MCQ and Coding test, they invited me for an onsite interview. The interview was divided into three parts, the first one was the basic round second one was the technical round, and finally interview with the CEO. The CEO of this company doesn't know how to talk and behaves like an educated person. The interview process was lengthy which is unnecessary. Basic and technical interviews are taken by their junior dev, although they don't have enough knowledge and capabilities to take interviews. They frequently posted hiring interns to get their projects done.
