My interview experience with Medidata was the worst I've ever had. It felt more like a visa interview. The interviewer asked me very random questions, similar to a visa interview, instead of focusing on technical skills. Candidates should be evaluated based on their technical understanding. The overall management was poor.

Applied, then weeks later had a screening, then was told I would get scheduled for a technical assessment, which ended up never happening and never got a rejection notification. In hindsight would reach out and ask for an update on the interview but received another offer anyway.
