Interview
After successfully completing the last round, they have completely ghosted me.
It was a long interview process with 6 rounds including the very first call with the recruiter. They guided me along the way and gave practical advices which was helpful.
After completing all rounds successfully, including the last round to which I’ve received positive feedback from everyone, Medidata had completely disappeared without telling me anything about the decision.
I’ve followed up multiple times and after 3 months I got a response that I wasn’t selected.

Question 1
Average AE interview questions, like describe a situation where you did certain things, how you handled objections etc.
HR round was great and the recruiter was very pleasant throughout the interview process. The next round was with the hiring manger who was looking for someone with more clinical experience than sales experience.
