Strange yet oddly alluring. Interview process was 2 in person interviews and work in the field with another rep. Grill the rep on realistic QnA in the job. Final interview is with CFO who knows little about sales yet dictates how to sell.

They are really big on Skype interviews and that is where most candidates are being weeded out. So Avoid that if possible and try and close for a face to face with the regional managers.
