The interview process starts with a chat to the recruitment manager, followed by a formal interview and a final informal chat with the Senior Manager. The process differed slightly for me as I had been referred by a former colleague, so my process started with a chat with the Senior Manager, a screening interview with the recruitment manager and finally a formal interview with two technical Senior Managers.
