Informal and unprofessional, lacked any proper questions about me as a candidate and it seemed waste of time from the first minute. The manager talked about herself and her background more than the company itself, she was a one woman show and extremely arrogant. Clearly she is a control freak because she said that no progression in this job for anyone unless you leave and start your own business.
