I applied online. I interviewed at Mediagistic (Tampa, FL)
Interview
There was a call with HR, a virtual interview with the Chief Revenue Officer, and two in-person meetings with teams and leadership. The HR person kept me in the loop and was good about updates. I ended up getting an offer after 4 weeks of interviewing. I ended up declining as it did not meet what I shared was my desired salary at the initial HR meeting. It was way below ask and could have saved us some time if there was transparency from the beginning.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mediagistic in Jun 2024
Interview
Recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview. Basic questions. Very service level. They seemed offended when I asked if the position had any possibility for remote. Said prepared spiel about how the company brings in personal trainers and lunches.

I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mediagistic (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was straightforward and feedback was pretty instant during the interview they are looking for a CPA or someone who is CPA track. He did mention there is a bonus at a management level, but it’s 100% discretionary including the amount. Not a bad interview, but you can tell they have an ideal candidate in mind. I think looking for a traditional waterfall management style. They are looking for someone to be 100% in the office and participate in office activities like parties. They referred to this as their employee enrichment/appreciation. All other aspects of the position we’re pretty standard accounting manager tasks. There is no direct report to this position. It was a senior position that has been elevated to manager.
