Mediafly interview questions

Did an intro call for 45 min I felt that the interview was conducted professionally and the interviewer was warm and informative. However, I never received a rejection or next step. Just ghosted even after I followed up professionally and politely. I would have preferred better communication.

I applied for the role on LinkedIn, and a recruiter soon reached out to schedule a screening interview. The conversation went well: professional, friendly, and positive overall. But afterward, there was complete silence. Despite sending a follow-up email, I never received a response. The least a company can do is extend the courtesy of letting candidates know when they’ve moved forward with others. The lack of communication felt discourteous and disrespectful to the effort candidates put into the process.
