I was invited for an interview soon after applying. Once I was at the interview, it turned out I had applied for the wrong role, but they figured I intended to apply to something else and made sure I spoke to the right people. After that, we talked about my previous relevant experiences and motivataion.

profational and smooth. They ask about personality and about your ambitions. And they mean it. İt takes an hour. After interwiew they call you back in a week. When you accept the offer it takes a few day to start to job.
