Asked about experience, desire, drive, goals, interests - they drill down. They try to - politely - find out how you handle adversity, challenging clients, deadlines and pressure. They are fair - but they ask good q's.

Interview
The interview process was extremely fast and simple. They got back to me in a matter of weeks and asked me to come in to work. You could tell they don't really care about their employees; they hire them then throw them into the lion's den.
