Three round interview process. First round is a simple phone screen with an associate. Second round is three phone interviews with managers in different sections of the company. All of these interviews are pretty conversational and just try to get an idea for your customer service and team skills. The final round you get flown in and do a day of interviews and a short case study. Both the interviews and case study are relatively easy.
My issue with the interview process was the length that it took. All of the interviews took about a month to get through which is normal, but then I did not hear back from the company about if I was receiving an offer or not for over two months. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. If I wasn't going to receive an offer I would rather just be told quickly so I could move on to other opportunities.
