Submitted resume by email. Received email from HR to come in for interview with a manager within a 2 day time span. Was interviewed by the manager and her assistant. I knew her assistant from working with her at another call center some years back.

It took about 3 months from the date of application to schedule an interview. The recruiter seemed overwhelmed and by the time I began working, the recruiter had left. There was a "panel" interview and it seemed to veer off topic regarding the actual job description and more of the atmosphere of the work environment.
