Horrible place to work. Unclear training process. Job functions added every day. Poor management commutation. You are thrown to the wolves. They want you to help patients w/o clear knowledge on what you are doing then blame you! Patient Services Representatives hold the worst position here they do not train on everything this position needs. If you are not familiar with insurance as far as approvals or denials you will be tossed in like a deer in headlights no formal training in that either. Overall the company is a joke I don’t know how they even keep their open contracts!
