I had a panel interview where everything seemed to go well the questions flowed, I answered with confidence, and the conversation felt engaging. Yet afterward, complete silence, no updates, no feedback, just ghosted entirely.

Completed an initial take-home assessment in Ruby that took many hours (since I did not know Ruby had to learn it coming from Express.js). Then did a 2 hour final interview where you talk with multiple team members and one of the CEOs in person (have the option to do in-person or remote meeting). Overall, good process, was told at the end that I did everything well but someone else had slightly more experience. It is what it is :( Goodluck to the rest of you.
