Meagher and Geer interview questions

Met with two partner level attorneys. First with one and then the other came in because he said he was on a phone call. They were nice but I had to repeat my entire resume to the second person who came in. They were strong and spent a lot of time telling me about the firm history but then never gave an offer.

Interviewed by Human Resources Director and two LAA supervisors. I was surprised that I did not meet the attorneys for whom the position was open to work with. That would play a significant impact on both the applicant's and attorneys' decision on filling the position.
