McMenamins interview questions

Open room interview process, room was full of candidates. The total interview process took 10 minutes, but due to the amount of people there you would need to wait around for at least an hour. There were around 10 employees interviewing hundreds of candidates for 3 hours.

It was very simple and laid back. The easiest job interview I’ve had in the past few years. Only myself and the hiring manager was involved in the interview. I was asked very simple questions. I was called back and offered the position within hours.
