Began the interview process with a recruiter. Phone call consisted of going over the resume and asking me how i would decide if a business was large enough in order to recieve the infamous "Yellow Catalog". After the phone interview, i recieved a call to interview at the Atlanta office. McMaster Carr flew me into Atlanta and set me up in the W. On the day of the interview, a towncar picked me up and took me to the facility. McMaster Carr is esentially a distribution center. They do not manufacture anything. The grounds were well kept and the office and wharehouse was very clean and organized. The interview was broken down into a morning and afternoon session. The morning consisted of filling out an application and then taking a tour of the facility. After the tour, i had 1:1 interviews with 2 Managers and a representative from HR. I was then taken to lunch (applebees or lonestar) with 2 managers. After lunch i had an interview with the distribution center manager and then an exit interview with HR.
